What is included in the package?

Page 2 of the brochure (downloadable from our website) lists everything included in our package in great detail. It is all-inclusive: ceremony, reception, tables, linens, Chivari chairs, food and coordinator are just some of what we offer.


Are there any additional fees?

The per person pricing is all inclusive; there is a 20% service and sales tax applied to that cost. There are no additional rental or site fees.


Is there a price difference for the Beverly Mansion, Arbor Terrace or Compass Garden?

No, the base price for all three venues is the same, with many opportunities to customize with upgrades.


What is the maximum number of guests for the 3 different venues?

1)The Beverly Mansion has a capacity of 300, 2)Arbor Terrace has a capacity of 200, and 3)Compass Garden and Orchid Bar has a capacity of 200.


Do you have more than one wedding a day?

The Estate can accommodate two weddings per day, each at one of two separate venues. The venues are totally separate from each other and the ceremony start times are staggered. Separate staff, coordinator, parking lots and dressing rooms are provided.


Can we sample the food?

Grand Tradition Estate offers menu tastings for booked couples. We are able to provide the majority of our menu items for sampling.


How do we secure our special date?

A non-refundable deposit of $1500 and a signed contract will secure your special date. We can arrange for this to be handled in person or via phone/email.
