Brunch or Luncheons require a $2500 minimum on Wednesdays and Thursdays
$5000 minimum on Fridays with the following included:

Professional Grand Tradition Staff

  • Personal Coordinator, Event Manager and full banquet staff

Venue

  • Three hours of private use of Beverly Mansion or Arbor Terrace Pavilion (plus 1 hour setup time)
  • Audio visual equipment including projection screen and microphone
  • LED room uplighting in your choice of color(s)
  • Tables, linens, dinnerware, flatware, stemware, table numbers, and reserved signs
  • Chiavari chairs with cushions
  • Designated guest parking
