Monday through Thursday – 50 guest minimum
Friday or Sunday – 100 guest minimum
Saturday – 125 guest minimum

Professional Grand Tradition Staff

Venue

  • Four hours of private use of Beverly Mansion or Arbor Terrace Pavilion (plus 1 hour setup time)
  • Audio visual equipment including projection screen and microphone
  • LED room uplighting in your choice of color(s)

  • Chiavari chairs with cushions
  • Designated guest parking

Dinner Service

  • Tray passed hors d’oeuvres

  • Two bottles of wine per table (Merlot and Chardonnay)

Hosted Bar Package
A hosted bar may be purchased with a predetermined dollar amount set by the host. When the dollar amount is
reached, the host or a designated representative may extend the dollar amount or convert the hosted bar into a cash
bar. Any remaining funds from a hosted bar will be returned to the host (see Beverage Pricing).
