What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes:
• Your reserved table (sold by table size, not per person).
• Full access to the food and beverage service for your event (e.g., brunch buffet, holiday tea service).
• Seasonal décor and themed entertainment unique to each event.
Specialty beverages, bar purchases, and upgrades (such as champagne service) are available separately.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 15 minutes before the event start time. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting settled before service begins.
Are children welcome? Do they need a ticket?
Yes! Children are welcome at our family-friendly events. All children (including those needing a highchair or booster) count toward your table size.
Are strollers allowed? What about baby carriers or car seats?
Strollers/baby carriers/car seats are not permitted inside of the event space.
• Designated stroller parking is available at the front entrance for your convenience.
• Highchairs and boosters are available upon request prior to the event. This would need to be included in your table’s chair count.
Is the property ADA accessible?
Yes, our property is ADA accessible.
• Handicap parking is available to the right of our Beverly Mansion.
• If you require any assistance or accommodations, our staff is happy to help – please notify us ahead of time.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We strive to make our menu enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
• All menus are posted in advance so you can review options before the event.
• We offer a wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices.
• Dietary indicators are clearly marked on the buffet for guests.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or shine we are prepared for a fun filled event!
• Beverly Mansion seating is completely indoors, ensuring guests remain warm and dry.
• Veranda seating is allocated on a covered patio, with heaters placed between each table for comfort.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals are permitted on the property. We kindly ask that all other pets remain at home.
Is smoking or vaping allowed on the property?
Smoking and vaping is only permitted in the designated areas located at the front of the Beverly Mansion. We kindly as all guests to use this area and help us maintain a clean, family-friendly environment.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
All reservations are final once purchased.Cancellations are subject to our posted policy (see event page for details).Date or seating changes cannot be guaranteed after purchase.
Do we have to pay for parking?
No, complimentary on-site parking is available. We do not offer valet.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in your table purchase.
• Guests often tip their table servers directly (cash preferred).
• Prefer to tip by card? Head over to the bar and they’ll take care of it for you.
What is the dress code?
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Many guests enjoy dressing up for the occasion – think smart casual to festive depending on the event you attend!
Is photography allowed?
Yes! You’re welcome to take personal photos during the event.
• Many events feature themed décor and photo opportunities.
• At Brunch with Santa, children will have the chance to take photos with Santa.
• At Easter Brunch, children will have the chance to take photos with the Easter Bunny.
