FOUR DECADES OF WORLD-CLASS WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
The concept for the Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens was conceived to answer the growing need for a special event venue in the Fallbrook area. The founding families: the Storys, Martins and McDougals dreamed of a special destination that would capture the romance and opulent gardens of another era with a sense of place steeped in romance.

THE PERCY DAVIS RANCH was originally a 35-acre estate that was purchased to create this special destination. The original Davis home was taken down to design a new structure that would serve the exact needs to host weddings and special events.

1983
It took one year to design and complete the building with many countless hours by the founder and volunteers.
1984
Grand Tradition held its first wedding and reception in May 1984. Since that day, the property has had the honor of playing host to over 10,000 weddings with over one million guests and visitors to the estate and its spectacular gardens. Bev and Mac assumed full ownership of the Grand Tradition in 1987 and continued to manage the business until 1996 when their son; Don and wife Pat moved back to California with their sons to assume the day-to-day operations.
